Brooklyn Beauty/Fashion Labo (BBFL) is open 7 days a week. Throughout the year we host events
​at our Park Slope center featuring local and international artists and designers. Watch for upcoming gallery shows, pop-up markets, special exhibitions, live performances and open studios when visiting our Brooklyn Information Lounge and on social media.

With so many technological distractions taking us away from the present, it's easy to overlook the things that have drawn people to Brooklyn from around the world long before the advent of the digital age. Brooklyn isn't just a place, but a way of life. We at BBFL appreciate its vibrant spirit and especially its emphasis on sustainability. We do this by focusing on local production and local consumption and by paying attention to what's moving Brooklynites to embrace a sustainable lifestyle in the here and now.

Ever mindful of our mission to create a collaborative, creative community of artists and designers, Brooklyn Beauty/Fashion Labo offers a wide selection of Brooklyn designed products ranging from fashion apparel to skincare. Each carefully curated in alignment with our organizing principles.

MADE IN BROOKLYN & SUSTAINABLE SELECTION

Brooklyn has many unique brands made with the concept of sustainability.
We have curated those trendy made in Brooklyn products and sold them at our store.​ “MADE IN BROOKLYN” products range from cosmetics,food, clothing from approximately 50 brands under the concept of organic, local and handmade.
​ Our shop has gained popularity among people who like living a healthy and eco-friendly lifestyle.

About 50 artists from Brooklyn have joined our project. Through collaboration with those brands and artists, we will have an exhibition, fashion show, and bazaar etc. under the theme of sustainability to cultivate a community platform.

Tokyo Showroom in Shinkiba

Our BBFL showroom "soft" opened in winter 2018 in Shinkiba, Tokyo. The Tokyo showroom showcases sustainable items curated by Brooklyn Beauty/Fashion Labo based in Brooklyn. The items they have range from clothing, jewelries to candles. The Tokyo showroom has also organized art exhibitions and workshops with the theme of sustainability throughout a year.
