Hinodeya Seika's long-selling "Yunohana senbei" is a famous confectionery made with the same formula and manufacturing method that have been used since the company was founded in 1957. It is a standard hot spring souvenir from Yunoyama Onsen Hot Spring in Mie Prefecture. We have been trying to find the best way to make simple ingredients taste good. Eggs, wheat flour, rice flour, etc. are made with clean underground water from the foot of Mount Suzuka, and the moisture content and baking time are carefully adjusted each season.
