Fragrance Description:
FR! 01/02 is generally known for its intense, carnal headiness. With FR! 01/02, I wanted to create a vaporous, almost ethereal Tuberose by combining it with an absolute of Rose of May. Cocoa adds a faint touch of bitterness to the composition, gently magnifying its addictive quality.
About the Perfumer:
A lively and exuberant character, Julie Massé was born in Tokyo, and lived in Japan until the age of five. After studying chemistry and perfumery at ISIPCA, the French school of perfumery, she began her career working with raw materials in the quality control department of a fragrance house. She then became Junior Perfumer, supervised by Pierre Bourdon for three years. Bourdon continued to guide her, and remained a mentor until her qualification as Junior Perfumer.
Julie’s creativity was further stimulated by her collaboration with Christine Nagel. She joined the Mane Fine Fragrance creative team in 2010, where she has the opportunity to refine her creative process and collaborate with Christine Nagel.
